\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 That was the title of the text message was received from our customer at Abatti Co. last week.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As I mentioned in the last blog article, we just installed a light commercial system on an 832 panel array on a metal building at Abatti in El Centro, California.\u00a0 The area where the company is located is agricultural with quite a bit of dry dust blowing.\u00a0 In addition, their manufacturing operation at this location, running 24-7 generates a lot of blowing material and debris.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I am sure some may have thought I was exaggerating when I said that they could lose 15 to 20 % of their output on the building in one week.\u00a0 Following are two pictures the customer sent to us.\u00a0 The first was after JUST THREE DAYS<\/span> without cleaning!\u00a0 They had a pumping issue with the water and were unable to use our system.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The second picture is after just ten minutes of rinsing with our system.\u00a0 I think you can see the difference.\u00a0 The next regularly scheduled wash cycle will remove and slight debris remaining.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Our commercial system can make a tremendous difference in hot dusty dry environments where dust and debris can accumulate quickly.\u00a0 Manual cleaning with a location such as this is not a consideration, as it would need to be done daily which is too costly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
