That was the title of the text message was received from our customer at Abatti Co. last week.
As I mentioned in the last blog article, we just installed a light commercial system on an 832 panel array on a metal building at Abatti in El Centro, California. The area where the company is located is agricultural with quite a bit of dry dust blowing. In addition, their manufacturing operation at this location, running 24-7 generates a lot of blowing material and debris.
I am sure some may have thought I was exaggerating when I said that they could lose 15 to 20 % of their output on the building in one week. Following are two pictures the customer sent to us. The first was after JUST THREE DAYS without cleaning! They had a pumping issue with the water and were unable to use our system.
The second picture is after just ten minutes of rinsing with our system. I think you can see the difference. The next regularly scheduled wash cycle will remove and slight debris remaining.
Our commercial system can make a tremendous difference in hot dusty dry environments where dust and debris can accumulate quickly. Manual cleaning with a location such as this is not a consideration, as it would need to be done daily which is too costly.
