Heliotex now offers an extended warranty and maintenance plan for owners of our Heliotex Automatic Solar Panel Cleaning systems. The maintenance plan includes a service call and travel time to your solar panel location as well as refilling the soap concentrate reservoir (up to five gallons) and replacing the sediment filter. We will also check our system to ensure that there are no leaks, check all settings on the automatic controller, check the solar panels to ensure that coverage is good and make any changes necessary to repair or replace any defective part at our cost.
You may decide the frequency of visits, either every three, four or six months, depending on the amount of dirt and debris in your area. Larger systems (more panels) or locations where there are more dirt and debris may wish more frequent maintenance checks to ensure that the filters are not overly clogged or that the soap concentrate does not run out. Once every six months is the minimum to participate in this Extended Warranty Maintenance Plan. If a maintenance service does not occur within six months of a prior service (unless extended by us due to scheduling issues) then the extended warranty is void and normal service charges and charges for any replacement parts required apply.
Customers who are not a part of the extended service plan program will be charged normal service call pricing for any service call.

Heliotex now offers a Manual Cleaning Service for those solar panel system owners who do not wish to purchase a Heliotex Automatic Solar Panel Cleaning System at this time. This plan is available to both commercial and residential customers.
While Heliotex recommends our Automatic Solar Panel Cleaning System as the best return on investment for consumers, we understand that there may be customers who are not in the position to purchase currently, or those who would simply prefer manual cleaning.
Our Manual Cleaning Service utilizes our proprietary soap concentrate which is specifically formulated to clean solar panels. The product is biodegradable, even over time with continual use and will not cause any damage to the solar panel or its frame. The components in our Heliotex Soap Concentrate comply with the U.S.E.P.A. list of approved chemicals on the U.S.E.P.A. D.F.E. (designed for environment) list.
Unlike window cleaning services that have no experience around solar panel systems, Heliotex personnel are trained to work with solar panel systems and not to cause any damage. We recommend that you monitor your solar system’s output to ensure that you schedule cleaning when you notice a drop in production.
